Request account deletion
You can submit this request without signing in. Enter the email address or username associated with your Ohole account. To protect you, entering somebody’s details does not delete their account.
How identity verification works
If Ohole can securely locate an account and email delivery is available, a time-limited verification link is sent to the account email. Otherwise an authorised administrator must verify account ownership before processing the request. Ohole never confirms publicly whether an identifier belongs to an account.

Select the button below to confirm that you control the account email address. This disables the public profile immediately and schedules eligible data for deletion.
Data removed or anonymised
- Your login credentials, active sessions, public profile and personal profile information.
- Profile photos and profile/location information held by Ohole and its configured processors.
- Matches, blocks and private relationship status; gifts are disassociated or anonymised where appropriate.
- Message content is deleted or replaced with a deleted-account marker where conversation integrity or safety evidence must be preserved.
The public profile is disabled after verified initiation. Eligible personal data is deleted or anonymised after a 30-day safety and recovery period. Minimal Google Play purchase-verification, immutable transaction-ledger, creator payout, fraud-prevention, security, moderation, safety-report, accounting or legal records may be retained for up to seven years where required, or for a shorter period when those purposes end earlier. Retained records are access-restricted and no longer used for dating or advertising.
